From Salisbury/Charlotte:I-85 north to Exit 87 (where I-85 and Business 85 split). Continue on Business 85 to exit #86 (look for blue Hospital sign). At the end of the ramp, turn right. Cross over the bridge and take next right onto Odell Owen Rd. Meadowview is 1 mile ahead on the left.

From High Point or Greensboro:

Take I-85 south to Business 85. Stay on Business 85 until exit #86. (Hospital Exit) At the end of the exit ramp, go straight across the intersection onto Odell Owen Rd. Meadowview is 1 mile on left.

From East of Lexington (Asheboro):

Take 64 west to Lexington. Stay on Hwy 64 as it joins Business 85. (exit to right where 64 joins Bus. 85). Stay on Business 85 until Exit 86. Go straight across intersection at end of exit ramp onto Odell Owen Rd. Meadowview is 1 mile on left.

From West of Lexington (Mocksville):
